Unlike a traditional three-way swivel, the T Swivel allows complete freedom of movement of the hook snood in all directions. A standard swivel slots into the plastic housing allowing you to attach the hook snood with full rotation, while the plastic body allows the whole unit to freely move around the rig body line. This eliminates line twist. Furthermore, the plastic body acts as a mini boom, allowing the hook snood to stand off the rig body to reduce tangles. This is a good swivel to use on flapper rigs and can be crimped in place with no knots required.
