Textreme Power Fly Tying Thread

Introduction

Textreme Power Thread is composed of a technical polymer with a very high breaking strain in relation to its diameter, up to ten times greater than steel of equal diameter. Suitable for tying large flies and streamers. Thanks to its calibrated twisting, the fibers remain well joined but lay flat and smooth on the hook, creating very uniform bodies and heads without steps.

• Medium – 100 denier with breaking strain of 3.80 kg on a 100m spool
• Large – 150 denier with breaking strain of 5.60 kg on a 100m spool
• X-Large – 280 denier with breaking strain of 10kg on a 65m spool
• Colored threads won’t bleed or lose color. White can easily be colored with permanent marker
• We recommend the use of a ceramic bobbin with this product for best results
