• Gamakatsu 510 Single Assist Hook is a circle style stinger hook designed for use on vertical jig lures.
• Short shank circle hook, heavy braided line and shrink tubing for added connection strength between the hook and braided loop.
• Curved point with an out barb that will not nick the leader if it were to catch the line.
• Use of red braided line and shrink tubing to increase the stealth of the lure and may even add attraction as an artificial blood trail.
• Strength of the braided line isn’t an issue as Gamakatsu uses 100lb test on the 1 – 3/0 sizes and 150lb on the 4/0.
