Precisionfitted with a tubular tip, this rod provides the ultimate in lure control and increased feel as to whats happening on the business end. The tubular tip also helps increase its casting accuracy. The perfect rod for ultralight lure fishing for perch in the canal or harbours and structures, hunting gobies and other minis. This rod can fish just about anything from jig heads to small hard lures to metals.

Weve named each Tempest rod based on the type of fishing its suited for. Instead of aimless length and weight descriptions, weve given you an idea of what each rod is designed to do.

All rods are made from a high-volume 40-ton Japanese carbon, this helps keep the blanks light but ultra-strong and crisp. It aids their recovery, making these the most accurate, distance casting tools weve ever produced at this price. Weve further strengthened the blanks by using X-Tec Mesh, this unique wrap protects the integrity of the blank, further enhancing its performance and durability.

A wise man once said, to add speed, add lightness to that end, weve looked at each rod and removed several whippings to reduce their weight, many rods have unnecessary whippings around the reel seats and butt caps. These are merely cosmetic, but add weight. We also think this minimalistic style looks cool, too!
