The Squirrel Leech from JT Flies is a locally tied Bow River must have pattern that fishes well just about anywhere that trout live. This fly makes an excellent searching pattern when nothing is hatching. Dead drift this small streamer like a nymph under an indicator, or fish on the retrieve. A flowy squirrel zonker body and bead head may seem simple but this fly is incredibly effective.
