The Hundo just like many other Bates baitcasters starts its life from a CNC precision cut 6061-T6 bar stock aluminum, constructing a one-piece frame for best rigidity. This rigidity mitigates any frame flex the reel could have, providing a solid structure for its internal gearing to operate more efficiently in. Physically light weight yet strong aluminum gearing was used to achieve this reel seriously lightweight form, while 10 HAC Stainless Steel bearings furnishes a buttery smooth retrieve. An 88mm aluminum paddle handle with gum rubber grips is comfortable and grippy to use all day for seasons to come.
